How The Aura Toning Cleanse Changed Me

Dear Water Being,

The Aura Toning Cleanse first came about in 2020, when I was utilizing aura toning daily as a lifeline to restore my energy amidst the chaos in New York City.

Every day without fail, I committed a full hour to this very unique workout.  I quickly noticed that my body felt healthier, and my lymphatic system had become more clear than ever within just several weeks of consistently aura toning.  But what I noticed even more was the brightness behind my eyes, and the vibrancy of my energy. I looked at myself and saw my aliveness. I saw my defiance. I saw my light.

In the last 4 years, as life has happened, with natural growing pains that come with being human, I have used this practice to tether me to my North Star physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Aura Toning Cleanse has been the lighthouse that brings me home to the purity of my spirit, every time. 

It has helped me deepen and refine my somatic and spiritual relationship to the incorruptible light at my core. It has grounded my deeply sensitive nature and taught me the difference between healthy vs forceful, trusting intuition vs grandiose wishful thinking, and most importantly has created space and presence for the real magic of life to unfold.

Something about toning your aura- toning your spirit through your cells… leads to metamorphosis like nothing I’ve ever seen. It gets all of you on board.
