The Cleanse is a 7 week immersion of Aura Toning®, water ceremony, and lifestyle enhancements to transform stagnant energy into new, vibrant energy.
Our water bodies are so strong, malleable, and always hold a consciousness of radiance in its memory that we can access to cleanse and restore ourselves.
The Cleanse works with cleansing and toning the water body, including the lymphatic system, fascia, the aura, somatic body, emotional body, and the mind...all of which are living libraries of water. We also will be working with our intrinsic light, the purifying fire of our spirit.
Our water bodies are vessels for our intrinsic light. Our intrinsic light expresses/embodies itself through the way that we move.
The Cleanse will focus on strongly on Aura Toning movement and lifestyle enhancements that help us transform stagnation, chatter or stickiness into clarity, light and vibrancy.
The movements will flush our systems with pure, alive energy, cleansing and toning our bodies, minds, and auras.
Heal and tone your body through the lens of water... and approach your fitness and wellness with a softer, kinder, more alchemical touch.
In this round of The Cleanse, we will be toning with the dreamy, internal waters of winter. Our practices will focus on helping you shed old layers, regenerate your nervous system, nourish your dream world, and create life-giving patterns to bring into the light of spring.
Through your private sessions with Rianne, we will create a customized daily practice that fits your water body, as the steward of your unique essence.
The Aura Toning Cleanse is different than other cleanses because it works with each layer of our body and spirit. We will be immersing ourselves in water mysteries through daily movement to cleanse stagnation and shame in our bodies, our creativity, sexuality, voice, and lineage.
Whether you are a deeply mystical being who may usually shy away from exercise, or a deeply physical being (like a yogi or dancer) who intuitively knows there is something more, this program will be beneficial for you.
YOU’LL RECEIVE:
7 prerecorded solar aura toning classes (strengthening focus for grounding, invigorating and flushing)
7 lunar aura toning classes (more softening focus for integrating, releasing and nourishing).
Classes are to be enjoyed in your own time 3-4x per week, or as your body needs.
Each week will be themed to a specific layer of the water body.

FAQ:

No experience required! These classes are open-level and you can jump in right away. If you would like to prepare for The Cleanse in the weeks leading up to the start date, you can join the Tuesday 9:30am Aura Tonings. (this is totally optional)

The recordings will be available for 8 weeks after The Cleanse is complete. (Contact Rianne if you need more time)

Yes! You may pay for The Cleanse in 2 installments, or more if needed. Just let us know how we can help.

Yes, the frequency you do the classes will definitely impact the amount of physical change you see, but you will definitely notice changes. I encourage you to take photos of yourself before/after The Cleanse.

Welcome back:) And yes. Each cleanse is so different depending on the group and energy of the time. This cleanse goes much deeper into somatic healing, water magic, physical rejuvination and creative regeneration than earlier cleanses.
